Helping my friend sell his model Train Collection

This train collection is years of building and a great deal of money (mostly HO).  This collection is owned by my friend that lives in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.  At the age 78 he suddenly went blind and is now unable to work with it.  The Room is 30' long and approx 18' wide.  the longest layout in the middle of the room is 21' long by 4' wide he says it has over a thousand pieces in it.  I lost my paper traveling back to Texas but the other Two was approx 14' X 3' and 4' X 4'.  He has Train cars NEW in boxes and antique Cars and Engines. There are 4 or 5 Complete train sets in boxes, He has Tubs under the layouts full of Cars . (hundreds of cars and engines)(track and buildings)  There is so much stuff and he wants to get rid of it all. I know I forgot half of it.  You must see it in person to appriciate all he has.
